Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage the Management Reporting department with time sensitive and complex process to ensure overall performance meets or exceeds established industry and company standards for service, innovation, and professionalism. This position will collaborate with a broad set of US WM Operations Departments and senior leaders, providing presentation and management reporting support. Incumbent will test, maintain, and develop a roadmap for capacity plans and other reports. Incumbent will design, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external to Operations management reports with emphasis on PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders. The incumbent will create visually appealing presentations that communicate complex information to the appropriate audience. This position is responsible for the creation and execution of McKinsey style presentations, as well as collaborating with employees throughout Operations to elevate the professionalism of our communication visuals. The Incumbent must work effectively and collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders (internal and external to Operations) to achieve quality and timely delivery of solutions, slides, and communications.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan. What will you do?
- Management Reporting Development & Maintenance: Review, design, and implement new processes/process changes and procedures to increase department efficiency, reduce risk, or enrich service. Partner with technical data solution teams to implement optimal solutions.
- Produce regular reporting for capacity planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews, position tracking, goal metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Test, maintain, and develop future roadmap for capacity plans and other reports, inclusive of time study analysis.
- Manage, oversee, and continuously improve risk, service, workforce enablement, financial, and quality assurance dashboards.
- People Leadership & Department Management: Manage and oversee team members in the effective and accurate performance of the functions within the department to provide consistent, quality service and minimize risk. Provide training, coaching, recognition and development for the department members, fostering teamwork and planning for succession.
- Design professional and visually appealing custom slides, templates, and presentations.
- Ensure presentations adhere to brand guidelines and advise on the best graphics approach.
- Use data visualization to present quantitative information.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of securities, banking, technology, communications and/or job specific industry experience
- Securities license 7 or 99 (or able to obtain license within 120 days)
- 3+ years demonstrated project team coordination and/or coaching/mentoring leadership experience
- Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, visual aids, speaking and active listening with in-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for senior and executive leadership presentations
Nice-to-have
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years securities, leadership, change management, project management, analysis, and/or executive level communications/presentations experience
- Prior experience with Jira, Coupa, SharePoint and/or Tableau applications
