Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing the Order-to-Cash processes, integrating with other modules, and ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD OTC processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements.
• Configure pricing, billing, order management, delivery processing, and credit management.
• Work on integration points between SD and other modules (MM, FI, PP) in Public Cloud.
• Support migration activities, data validation, and cutover planning.
• Conduct user training, UAT, and provide post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Stay updated with S/4HANA Public Cloud innovations and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP SD experience, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and best practices.
• Expertise in configuring pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Hands-on experience with FIORI apps related to SD in Public Cloud.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, FI, and other modules.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Activate methodology knowledge.
• Exposure to EDI/IDoc integration in OTC processes.
• SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA Public Cloud.
