Job Title - Legal System Specialist (Ironclad)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (W2 Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Legal Systems Specialist with hands-on experience in Ironclad to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA, available only on W2.

The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience implementing and configuring Ironclad and a proven ability to integrate Ironclad with systems like Netsuite, Coupa, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Ironclad to meet business and legal process requirements.

  • Build and manage integrations between Ironclad and platforms such as Netsuite, Coupa, and Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with legal, IT, and cross-functional teams to streamline contract lifecycle processes.

  • Support ongoing maintenance and improvements of Ironclad solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Ironclad implementation and configuration.

  • Strong experience integrating Ironclad with Netsuite, Coupa, and/or Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of APIs and workflow automation.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
