Job Description:
Role: Functional Analyst
Location: Raritan, NJ
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support business process design, configuration, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and ensure the successful implementation of CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Expertise:
    Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and operational needs.
  • User Story Development:
    Write clear, structured, and detailed user stories that effectively capture requirements and guide offshore development teams.
  • Client Engagement:
    Conduct interactive sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements while maintaining a strong understanding of business processes.
  • Presentation & Communication:
    Deliver presentations, facilitate discussions, and explain proposed solutions to clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of CRM solutions.
  • Documentation:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, configurations, workflows, and process changes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (functional configuration, workflows, entities, forms, dashboards).
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the Life Sciences or related industry.
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail in documenting business processes.
