Contract : Long Term Contract

Main responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution Define scope, timeline, and resources for ERP implementation.
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with executives, department heads, and IT teams they must hold them accountable and hold the line
• Budget Oversight Monitor costs and ensure financial efficiency.
• Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resource Allocation Manage project teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Leadership Ability to train/supervise two midlevel PMs working on the project.
• Process Optimization Ensure ERP system aligns with business needs and improves efficiency.
• Change Management Facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Performance Tracking Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule.
• Post-Implementation Support Conduct evaluations and refine system performance.

Must-have experience:

• 7+ years ERP project management
• PMP certification

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion
