Why the position is open: ERP Implementation from EBS to Oracle Fusion
Main responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution Define scope, timeline, and resources for ERP implementation.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with executives, department heads, and IT teams they must hold them accountable and hold the line
- Budget Oversight Monitor costs and ensure financial efficiency.
- Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resource Allocation Manage project teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Leadership Ability to train/supervise two midlevel PMs working on the project.
- Process Optimization Ensure ERP system aligns with business needs and improves efficiency.
- Change Management Facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Performance Tracking Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule.
- Post-Implementation Support Conduct evaluations and refine system performance.
Must-have experience:
- 7+ years ERP project management
- PMP certification
Preferred:
- Oracle Fusion
