Oracle EBS HCM (Payroll/Benefits) Analyst
Oxnard, CA: 100% Onsite
3 - 6 Months CTH 100% On-site: 5 days/week Overview:
A client in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Oracle EBS HCM specialist to support HR system projects and manage two or more Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, etc.).
This role requires hands-on configuration experience, collaborating with IT and HR teams, and ongoing user training.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Oracle EBS HCM (Payroll/Benefits).
Support HR system projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with IT for solutions and testing.
Provide ongoing support and training for HR users.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules (Payroll & Benefits).
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Oxnard, CA.
