An expert-level RACF Administrator is responsible for the most complex tasks in mainframe security, including developing advanced security policies, leading incident response, ensuring compliance with regulations, mentoring junior staff, and driving automation to improve efficiency and security posture. This role requires deep technical expertise in RACF and z/OS, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams and translate technical risks into business impacts.
