Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Remote (must work Eastern Time Zone hours) Duration: 07 Months Contract Pay Rate: $100/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE, SQL, Python, and data analysis to support key initiatives within the corporate banking domain. The ideal candidate should bring a strong functional understanding of Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending, and possess hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel to support business decisions and system enhancements.
- Leverage strong domain expertise in Corporate Banking, including Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide insights and functional expertise on Oracle FLEXCUBE processes and integrations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE
- Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and data analysis
- Practical experience with Python for analysis or automation
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending
- 8 10 years of total experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
