Datastage Specialist

• The ETL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
• The role involves developing SQL queries, Oracle PL/SQL procedures, UNIX shell scripts, and ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage suite
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages for data processing.
• Create and maintain UNIX shell scripts for automation and scheduling of data workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations for data integration projects.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of data integration jobs.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all data processing activities.

Skills:

• Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage suite for ETL processes.
• Strong command over SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
• Experience in developing and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL procedures.
• Knowledge of UNIX shell scripting for automating data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
