How You Will Make An Impact
- Design and build AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
- Fine-tune large language models and implement prompt engineering best practices.
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and performant AI systems.
- Develop full-stack applications using .NET, SQL, React/TypeScript, and Python.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and system architecture sessions.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
- Lead code reviews, mentor peers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends and recommend emerging tools and frameworks.
Are You an Experienced AI-Driven Software Engineer Ready to Make an Impact?
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years developing AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, React/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of vector databases and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of work and deliver results in dynamic environments.
