Job Description - SAP Business Analyst (AP Project Team)
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid | 3-4 days onsite)
Pay - $60 - $75.86/hr.
Interview Process:

  • Round 1: 45-minute Microsoft Teams video interview
  • Round 2: 60-minute onsite interview
Role Overview
This role supports the Accounts Payable (AP) Project team, focusing on SAP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. The SAP Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
What You ll Be Doing
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand, document, and define requirements for SAP S/4HANA integrations and enhancements.
  • Apply deep, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and SAP Fiori to support business processes.
  • Participate in the full testing lifecycle:
    • Develop SAP test plans and test scripts
    • Conduct system integration testing
    • Document testing results
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Perform SAP interface file validations.
  • Provide end-user training and develop training documentation for newly implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams with strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Required Qualifications (Top Must-Haves)
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and SAP Fiori.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including:
    • Data export and analysis
    • Complex formulas
    • VLOOKUP
    • Conditional formatting
    • Macros
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document stakeholder requirements.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst.
  • Experience supporting Accounting teams.
  • Relevant SAP certifications.
  • Master s degree or MBA.
