Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX (20-30% Onsite)
SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements. The role involves managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders while coordinating with HR, business users, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to go-live
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Coordinate with HR, functional, and technical teams
- Oversee UAT, cutover, and release activities
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodologies
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, LMS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications
- Experience with global HR implementations
