Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? TEKsystems is seeking a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Technician to join their client's dynamic IT team. What You'll Do:
- Provide world-class customer support to nurses, doctors, and staff
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues: password resets, connectivity, application access
- Log and manage tickets using a problem management system (ServiceNow experience is a plus!)
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Stay informed on system updates and application changes
- Collaborate with IT teams to support hardware/software rollouts
Must-Have Skills:
- 1+ year of help desk or call center experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and personal etiquette
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- On-phone customer service experience
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments
