Silktide is hiring a full-stack developer with strong Node.js and React skills, focused on back-end work (80/20 split). Ideal candidates come from startup environments, are independent, heads-down coders, and have experience with TypeScript, can showcase examples of their work in GitHub/or portfolio, and building interactive apps. Passion for accessibility and comfort using AI tools is a plus. Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Node.js and React Startup Experience: Prior work in startups preferred over large enterprises Back-End Focus: Role is 80% back-end, 20% front-end Work Style: Suited for focused, independent coders over outgoing personalities Portfolio: Strong coding samples (e.g., active GitHub repo with frequent commits) Education: Preference for candidates with a mathematics degree AI Tools: Comfortable using tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and OpenAI during interviews
