About the Role
We're looking for a skilled professional to solve complex problems, perform analysis, and ensure smooth operations for systems and networks. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and maintaining high-quality standards across infrastructure services.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting.
- Lead system and network implementations, including developing and executing testing plans.
- Manage major upgrades and reconfigurations through change control processes.
- Design and evaluate vendor service mixes to meet business requirements; maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Drive initiatives to consolidate equipment and support business relocations.
- Perform capacity analysis, recommend and implement capacity enhancements.
- Act as technical escalation point for preventative maintenance results; oversee maintenance activities.
- Execute advanced operations and administration tasks across infrastructure services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in support and operations roles in areas such as servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, or hardware/software support.
- Multiple trade certifications and/or ongoing education preferred.
