Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM - Recruitment LEAD

THIS IS.A FUNCATIONAL ROLE
SHOULD HAVE RECRUITMENT/Absence/Payroll LEAD EXP
SHOULD HAVE ORACLE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXP
SHOULD HAVE BROADER INDUSTRY ORACLE EXP
SHOULD BE OPEN TO TRAVEL ON BI-WEEKLY BASIS TO MULTIPLE CLIENTS LOCATION
CLIENT WILL PAY ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES
Should have completed at least 5 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR, Benefits, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation Modules.
KEY SKILLS:
Should have 10 15 Years of total experience & 7+ Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.
5+ years of experience leading & delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing
2+ years of experience leading configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll/Absence/Recruitment module, including running Payroll/Absence/ recruitment compare cycles
Experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll/Absence/Recruitment implementations as an implementation lead or key configurator
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Expertise on functional requirement gathering skills, analysis, fit gap, solutions, Fusion HCM Configurations, workarounds
In-depth understanding of delivered Integration methodologies and interfaces - HDL, Web services, PaaS Integrations, 3rd Party Integrations.
Expertise on Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL, Extracts, Redwood enablement.
In-depth understanding of - History Data Conversion, History Data Loading/migration
Should have experience in preparing Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP
Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process.
Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools, Change Management tools and other project management tools
Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients
Should be well versed with Cloud Implementations, upgrades and maintenance methodologies
Experience on Coexistence scenario implementation Fusion apps with another ERP applications such as Oracle eBiz is a bonus.
Should be able to perform his/her duties independently
Should have good communication skills (verbal & written)
Should have worked with global clients
RESP:
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll/Absence/Recruitment Lead, you will:
Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll/Absence/Recruitment implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases to include requirements gathering, design, build, testing, etc.
Lead the configuration of the Payroll/Absence/Recruitment module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
Execute and validate Payroll/Absence/Recruitment compare cycles, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Payroll/Absence/Recruitment solutions within the broader HCM Cloud environment
Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions for client issues
