Location: Remote – USA

We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead end-to-end Pega solution design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Pega application architecture, design, and implementation.

  • Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to development teams.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.

  • Oversee integrations, data flows, and system performance tuning.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega standards.

  • Support solution delivery across full SDLC.

Qualifications:

  • Pega CLSA certification (mandatory).

  • 8+ years of Pega development & architecture experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Pega frameworks, integrations, and enterprise implementation.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
