Job Title: Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer
Employment Type: W2 Only No C2C Experience Required: 12+ Years Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and overall ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end configuration, customization, and integration of the ServiceNow CSM module, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement CSM and ITSM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop Business Rules, Workflows, Flows, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Service Portal Widgets.
- Build and manage integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Perform thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support production deployments.
- Handle platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Create clear technical documentation and support knowledge transfer/training sessions.
- Stay updated with new features/releases and recommend platform enhancements.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree from a recognized university.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years on ServiceNow, including 2+ years in CSM implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and architecture.
- Hands-on experience in modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Certifications required: CSA and CIS-CSM. CAD is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
