Pay range:$ 55 - $ 60
Job Description:




  • Define and maintain a strategic communication plan to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.




  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX teams to identify key metrics, reporting needs, and data sources for generating impactful reports and dashboards.




  • Build and maintain a content management framework that promotes consistency and reduces redundancy in reporting.




  • Collect, normalize, and analyze data from various sources to produce insights and trend reports that drive decision-making.




  • Design and manage visually compelling and actionable reports/dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.




  • Serve as the administrator for the team s Wiki and support broader knowledge management efforts across product and transformation teams.




Must-Haves:




  • 3+ years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or business intelligence roles




  • Strong proficiency with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and HTML




  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and PowerPoint




  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills




  • Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, impactful insights




Plusses (Nice-to-Haves):




  • Certifications such as Atlassian Pro Skills, Atlassian Certified Associate (ACS), or Excel Expert




  • Analytics certifications like Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Power BI Data Analyst Associate




  • Previous experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments, particularly within financial services
