Job Summary:
The PMO Analyst for IT TSA Management will play a key role in supporting the PMO Manager and the broader IT TSA (Transition Services Agreement) Management Team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating, documenting, and tracking TSA-related activities, with a focus on ensuring the effective execution and exit of TSA services. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- TSA Management Support
- Assist in coordination and tracking of TSA run and exit activities, including issue resolution and separation planning.
- Support change requests, amendments, extensions, exit reviews, and escalations within the TSA framework.
- Monitor and coordinate upcoming TSA exits, progress updates, and status reports.
- Track and coordinate TSA obligations and submissions from Solventum.
- Facilitate reviews of TSA migration plans submitted by Solventum.
- TMO (Transition Management Office) Processes Support
- Support CRB (Change Review Board) meetings, status updates, monthly reports, and workshop logistics.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes; assist with troubleshooting TSA-related issues.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and TMO templates for executive updates and monthly meetings.
- Facilitate meetings as required and maintain TSA tracking documentation.
- Maintain meeting minutes for IT Sub-Committee and Joint TSA Management meetings; ensure records are updated on 3M SharePoint.
- Review, analyze, and respond to TSA documents and meeting notes submitted by Solventum.
- Update and maintain TSA exit trackers for bundles and services.
- Archive all related documents on SharePoint, ensuring proper versioning and access.
- Perform change analysis on updated migration plans and confirm updates with relevant internal teams.
- Communicate any changes in planned exit dates to the IT Sub-Committee and Cutover Teams.
- Coordinate updates in internal systems (e.g., spINFO) and with the 3M TSA Cutover Team regarding pending termination dates.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Experience in documentation, meeting coordination, and presentation creation (PPT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with Transition Services Agreements (TSA).
- Understanding of IT separation or divestiture processes.
