Adobe Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Headless CMS and Commerce architectures using AEM as a Cloud Service and Magento SaaS.
• Lead integrations using Adobe App Builder, APIs, and microservices to enable extensible commerce experiences.
• Customize and extend Magento SaaS functionality using App Builder and modern frontend frameworks (React, PWA Studio, etc.).
• Configure, manage, and optimize AEM as a Cloud Service, focusing on headless content delivery, Content Fragments, and GraphQL APIs.
• Define best practices for API-first development, composable architectures, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Frontend, DevOps, QA) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, and security issues across AEM and Magento platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including recent projects on AEM as a Cloud Service.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Magento Commerce, with at least 1+ year on Magento SaaS/Adobe Commerce SaaS.
• Proven experience with Adobe App Builder for developing custom apps and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Headless CMS, Headless Commerce, GraphQL, REST APIs, and frontend integration.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Cloud infrastructure (Adobe I/O Runtime, Adobe Cloud Manager, etc.).
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certification in Adobe AEM Developer, Adobe Commerce Developer, or Adobe Certified Expert - App Builder.
• Experience with PWA Studio or other headless storefront solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe I/O, Adobe Identity Management (IMS), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Knowledge of Composable Commerce platforms and MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
