A managed IT Services Company is hiring a part-time Help Desk Technician III to support their local Bothell, WA office. This is a long term contract role, on-site in Bothell, WA Monday thru Wednesday for a total of 24 hours per work week. Candidates must have experience working in Linux, Windows, and MacOS environments.
This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated and driven individuals who want to work individually on a part-time basis. Help Desk Technicians will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, documenting and resolving end-user support tickets for over 500 global users, as well as configuring and deploying hardware and software solutions. This role will be supporting a wide range of professionals, both technical and non-technical, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Contract Duration: 12 - 14 Months

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional IT experience
- Familiarity with Identity Provider (IDP) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) frameworks
- Hands-on experience coordinating warranty repairs with various hardware wendors
- Skilled in utilizing SSH and RDP protocols for operating system access
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a group setting
