About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead and support a high-performing team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical teams, driving execution, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role combines technical leadership with strong people management skills, offering the opportunity to shape technical strategies, improve engineering processes, and build sustainable, innovative solutions.

As an Engineering Manager, you will ensure that team members are equipped with clarity, structure, and the tools they need to execute effectively. You will set goals, foster team alignment, and facilitate clear communication across multiple stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.

01. Experience. 12+ years of significant experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, and robust products and platforms. Including 5+ years in
02. managing engineering teams of 10+ people.
03. Ability to collaborate with stakeholder and sister teams across the US and India.
04. Bias towards action. You believe that speed and quality aren't mutually exclusive. You've shown good judgment about shipping as fast as
05. possible while still making sure that products are built in a sustainable, responsible way - and you're comfortable making mistakes,
06. provided you and your team learn from them.
07. Engineering excellence. You have the technical strength and deep knowledge of the whole stack to give phenomenal architecture and
08. implementation mentorship to the teams who will count on your experience.
09. Mentoring. You know that the most important part of your job is setting the team up for success, through mentoring, teaching, and
10. reviewing.

For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$223,000 per year - USD$248,000 per year.
