About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead and support a high-performing team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical teams, driving execution, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 01. Experience. 12+ years of significant experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, and robust products and platforms. Including 5+ years in
02. managing engineering teams of 10+ people.
03. Ability to collaborate with stakeholder and sister teams across the US and India.
04. Bias towards action. You believe that speed and quality aren't mutually exclusive. You've shown good judgment about shipping as fast as
05. possible while still making sure that products are built in a sustainable, responsible way - and you're comfortable making mistakes,
