Job Summary:
- Serve as the technical leader and single point of ownership for the organization's identity technology landscape, covering all identity-related domains.
- Provide hands-on expertise and leadership in Saviynt, managing the entire Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) lifecycle.
- Oversee and ensure robust access management, including Active Directory (AD), Entra, Single Sign-On (SSO), and federation technologies.
- Apply working knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust, including their integration with IGA platforms.
- Collaborate directly onshore with customers, leading technical design decisions and acting as the primary technical contact.
- (Nice-to-have) Utilize experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and cloud identity solutions (Azure, AWS).
- (Nice-to-have) Leverage any prior experience in customer-facing architectural roles to enhance solution delivery.
