The ServiceNow Business Analyst supports key business recompetes, exploration of new capabilities, and is a solid influencer that engages with client executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Document and communicate translation of business requirements into technical specifications Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow configuration knowledge and ability to write business requirements to build to
Collaborate and communicate with feature teams to maintain process documentation that adheres to quality standards
Develop complex test cases, procedures and automated test scripts for feature implementation tasks anticipating customer needs and proactively testing solutions to meet functional requirements
Write and maintain documentation which could include descriptions of program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and/or corrections
Assist to research and identify patterns to improve overall quality
Required Qualifications: Associate s Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field combined with a minimum of 4 year(s) of business experience required.
In lieu of formal degree, equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience may be considered.
2+ years experience working as a liaison between IT, internal and external business leads and end user community Experience in technical writing and/or software documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have the capability to work independently as well as on a team in both a lead and support role and prioritize work while meeting critical deadlines
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and multiple modules within the platform
As a requirement of contract with the Department of Defense, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86 (PDF), (the National Agency Check Legal and Credit or NACLC).
Successful completion of the NACLC process is a requirement for continued employment in this role.
Ability to obtain Tier 3/Secret clearance as required.
