Wireless Network Support Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Wireless Network Support Engineer for a world leading technology organization. The Wireless Network Support Engineer will be supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer technical issues related to wireless solutions.

Responsibilities for the Wireless Network Support Engineer include:

Provide highest level of technical support to help resolve complex customer problems

Contribute to technical documentation that is needed for the customers

Identify, innovate, and enhance tooling and automation to work efficiently and effectively

Requirements for the Wireless Network Support Engineer include:



Strong wireless and networking background

Past experience working with customers

Strong experience with troubleshooting and problem solving complex technical issues

Ability to deliver white glove service with top enterprise customers

Bachelor's Degree

Compensation of the Wireless Network Support Engineer: $105,000 - $131,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
