Job Description
The IT Support Technician I will be responsible for providing front-line technical assistance to end-users across hardware, software, and system access. This role supports day-to-day IT operations and ensures smooth delivery of technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues in person, by phone, or via ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and system access in accordance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Support IT-related projects, deployments, and upgrades to improve system performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, technical solutions, and system configurations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with end-users.
