Who we are looking for

State Street's Global End User Experience Power Platform team is looking to hire for our center of excellence digital transformation team. We are looking for a team member who is interested in transforming the way users can adopt new SaaS services, deep knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics 365, understand API integration, Copilot technology, and an understanding overall Microsoft 365 suite technologies. The goal of the COE is to govern, administer and develop Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot and Dynamics 365 based applications.

Looking for an individual who is self-motivated with an interest in enhancing the end user experience, implementing governance, delivering, and maintaining technology educational portal for employees. Work with our Digital Champions network and end-user communities across the globe and educate them on new technologies and integrations to improve productivity.

What you will be responsible for

Technology Administration
  • Administer, architect, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform environments - including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), and Dynamic 365
  • Support and develop CoPilot Integration administration tool.
  • Support CoPilot and Microsoft Fabric onboarding and governance.
  • Support Power Platform Gateway configuration
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Power BI features and enhancements

Support
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with a managed service provider that process Level 1-3 support
  • Act as an escalation point for incidents in a global follow-the-sun model

Governance
  • Manage security and access controls within the Power Platform environment
  • Implement best practices for governance and compliance in Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides
  • Support Recertification process of Power Platform including Power BI and Dynamics 365

User Experience
  • Enhance end user experience based on data analysis and delivery of technology solutions and enhancements across technology and governance
  • Work closely with business on developing proof of concept models for modernizing business workflows utilizing office suite and power platform solutions
  • Working with 3rd party vendors to enhance corporate digital transformation objectives

Strategic Business Focus
  • Support the development of strategic technology and business initiatives to align with overall corporate strategy
  • Execute strategic initiatives with minimal guidance or oversight
  • Participate in multiple projects and business-as-usual tasks and support, including collaboration with teams across the organization
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform functionality and best practices

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in development and administration with at least 3 - Power Platform environments, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Dynamics 365
  • Experience with security and access controls in Copilot, Fabric, Power BI and Power Platform
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer or higher certifications, Microsoft Power BI Analyst
  • Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft cloud services
  • Data governance and compliance best practices
  • PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
  • Power BI Premium and Power BI Embedded
  • Jira stories, kanban board and tasks
  • ServiceNow knowledgebase and ticketing system
  • Familiarity with SailPoint system roles, entitlements and groups
  • Microsoft Fabric, CoPilot, Power Platform Certified.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
