NOTE: **QRM Technical Engineer - **QRM; **AWS Infrastructure - Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions etc.; **Terraform; **PowerShell scripting; ** MS SQL; **Familiarity with analytical tools. ** Must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, collaborative team player, and able to work in a matrixed environment across LOB s, positive attitude, team player, self-starter. **Vendor management/negotiating skills; **Critical thinking & problem-solving skills. **Fast learner with a curious mind and a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task. ** Provide location and best time to interview - 1 onsite interview - due to onsite interviews, if requested, provide candidate e-mail and phone number for visitor registration.

Job Description: The Work Itself

• Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability.
• Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies.
• Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis.
• Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC.
• Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise.
• 5-8+ years of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages.
• Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks.
• Thorough understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.

Desired Skills:

QRM experience is strongly preferred

Skills:

• AWS experience and/or certification(s)
• GitLab or similar CI/CD experience
• Windows PowerShell scripting
• Terraform JSON or similar
• Bachelor's degree
