JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for Windows Platforms Engineer to join our team working as Customer Engineers (CE s). Positions are full time salaried roles offering comprehensive benefits. A CE s time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000 companies. CE s work with and assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server initiatives.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
Primary Work Includes:
- Standard Product Work Shops Training
- In-Depth Product Reviews via White Board Chalk Talk Sessions
- Administer Health Checks and Risk Assessments
- Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
- Product Upgrade and or Migration Assessments
- Systems Performance Reviews
- Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution
The experience you ll need to excel in the role:
- 8+ years of experience in Windows & Cloud Environments
- Windows 10/11 Deployment, configuration, troubleshooting
- Windows 365 Cloud PC Provisioning, optimization, licensing, and performance tuning
- Entra ID (Azure AD) Hybrid Join & Entra Join Configuration and troubleshooting
- Windows Update for Business (WUFB) Update compliance and management
- LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution) & Windows LAPS Configuration, management, and differences
- KMS / MAK Licensing / Cloud-based licensing For W365 and traditional enterprise activation Virtual Desktop & Cloud Solutions
- Windows 365 vs. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Use case comparison and best practices
- Networking & Bandwidth Tuning Optimizing Cloud PC performance Security & Compliance
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) Security policies, monitoring, and integrations
- Conditional Access & Device Compliance Enforcing security baselines (GPOs, Intune at a high level)
