What does a successful Sr. Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Product Manager, Commerce Hub, you will lead the development and integration of global payment solutions, including cards, wallets, alternative and local payment methods, for both e-commerce and point-of-sale experiences. You'll ensure compliance with regional regulations, drive go-to-market strategies, and interface with major commerce platforms like Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and more.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to align product strategy with company goals, and a global perspective to scale solutions across diverse markets. You'll combine technical expertise in payments with strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, and the assertiveness to challenge assumptions professionally. This is a high-impact role with significant influence on global expansion and business growth.

What You Will Do in This Role
  • Lead Payment Integrations. Build and deliver integrations for cards, online wallets, alternative payment methods, and local payment solutions for both card-not-present and card-present experiences.
  • Ensure Compliance & Regulatory Alignment. Understand and implement regional and local mandates, compliance standards, and payment regulations in concert with leaders, peers, legal, and risk teams across the globe.
  • Drive Go-to-Market Strategy. Define and execute GTM plans for new payment methods, focusing on distribution, scale, and operational readiness, partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive usage and adoption.
  • Third-Party Partnerships. Work with commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and others to enable product distribution and easy access.
  • Collaborate Across Teams. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver high-quality products. Influence stakeholders globally, respecting cultural norms and sensitivities.
  • Align with Business Goals. Ensure product strategies and roadmaps are directly tied to company objectives, revenue growth, and market expansion. Prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and customer value.
  • Drive Global Expansion & Impact. Develop payment solutions that scale across multiple regions and markets, adapting to local requirements while maintaining global consistency. Ensure solutions meet cross-border compliance and operational standards.

What you need to have:
  • Experience & Expertise. 6+ years in product management within payments and/or financial technology. Proven track record of delivering payment integrations and managing complex ecosystems.
  • Technical and Regulatory Knowledge. Deep understanding of payment mechanics, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with POS systems, card-present and card-not-present solutions.
  • Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking. Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue, cost optimization, and customer experience.
  • Skilled at analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
  • Global Perspective. Experience building products for international markets, navigating cultural nuances and regulatory differences. Ability to balance local customization with global scalability.
  • Soft Skills & Leadership. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work across diverse cultures. Assertive, professional communicator who can ask questions, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity. Collaborative and easy to work with, fostering strong relationships across teams.

Salary Range
$120,000.00 - $198,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
