Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features in a Next.js + React + TypeScript stack
- Design, build, and refine UX for both DeFi-native and institutional user personas
- Create dApp components that interact with EVM-compatible smart contracts
- Push MVPs fast using AI coding tools while maintaining clean, maintainable code
- Stay on the bleeding edge of UX, Web3, and energy finance trends
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and blockchain engineering
Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience building React + TypeScript applications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Web3 dApp development
- Strong design sensibility and a track record of crafting intuitive user experiences
- Demonstrated use of AI coding tools to prototype and build quickly
- High ownership, detail-orientation, and a proactive, self-directed work style
- Familiarity with Next.js, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and Python
Bonus:
- Experience with Django, Google Cloud Platform, or Postgres
- Exposure to Solidity, LLM workflows, or other AI-native/DeFi-native systems
- Previous experience working at a crypto exchange or DeFi company
