Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that support business insights and strategic reporting initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce CRM Analytics that align with business requirements.
  • Provide expertise in CRM Analytics applications, including dataset management, security implementation, and visualization/dashboard creation.
  • Deliver strategic reporting and analytics solutions leveraging the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform.
  • Develop CRM Analytics applications using Recipes, Apps, Dashboards, and Lenses.
  • Offer best practice guidance on analytics solution implementation.
  • Support project teams with technical design, documentation, and deployment of analytics components.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Model (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAQL, SOQL, and JSON.
  • Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certification (highly preferred).
  • Experience working with BI and ETL tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability in data analysis, identifying trends, and developing impactful visualizations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources.
  • Understanding of data governance, performance optimization, and security best practices in Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
