  • Azure DevOps Expert level

JD

ADO Operations Management:

  1. Knowledge of Azure DevOps operations and pipeline management.
  2. Experience with user onboarding and security group management in Azure DevOps.
  3. Extensive knowledge on the operations side of ADO.

Linux System Administration:

  1. Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems and applications.
  2. Experience with monitoring and improving system health and performance.

Atlassian Product Administration:

  1. Expertise in administering and maintaining Jira, Confluence, and Sonarqube.
  2. Familiarity with managing installs, upgrades, patches, and performance for Atlassian products.
  3. Skills in managing Jira user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, workflows etc.

Tricentis Product administration:

  1. Expertise in administering and maintaining Tricentis products like Tosca, qTest and Vera.
  2. This is a secondary skill though, but it is nice to have this knowledge for an onsite resource.

Collaboration/Articulation Skills:

  1. Ability to work closely with development and operations teams.
  2. Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities for deployment-related issues.

Documentation and Best Practices:

  1. Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and maintaining operational procedures.
  2. Knowledge of system configuration and best practices documentation.

Analytical Problem-Solving:

  1. Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
  2. Experience with using various analytical tools and techniques to diagnose issues.

SLC

  1. Strong knowledge of SDLC (SLC) process and expertise.
  2. Knowledge of GXP guidelines and regulations.
