Java Lead Developer
Houston, TX( Locals and Onsite Interview)
Long term contract
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical lead with a focus on Payment software experience.
- Technical skills: Java (JDK24), TCP IP stack, Netty, Linux, IntelliJ, GIT, Gradle, Caching development techniques, HP NSK a plus
- TCP IP Stack is must have
- Design, develop and maintain a high throughput TCP based middleware
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Work closely with cross functional teams including PO, QA etc.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
