Manhattan WMS

Configure and implement Manhattan WMS solutions including Labor Management and

 SCI Reporting.

 Lead the end-to-end configuration of Manhattan Active WMS modules including receiving,

 inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management.

 · Translate business requirements into functional configurations and workflows.

 · Customize RF workflows, user roles, labeling standards, and reporting tools.

 · Provide hypercare support during go-live and post-implementation phases.

 · Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Manhattan Active WMS.

 · Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in real-time with warehouse operations.

 · Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes through system enhancements.

 · Create and maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, SOPs,

 training materials, and process flows.

 · Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and efficiency.

 · Lead or support cross-functional projects involving WMS enhancements or new site

 rollouts.

 · Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with

 business goals.

 · Develop software solutions in an agile environment, including requirements definition and

 functional specification.

 · Drive integration meetings to determine system requirements and specifications.

 · Drive process and productivity improvements based on analysis of existing operations and

 system capabilities.

 · Ensure alignment of customer and business process enhancement requests with the core 

system scope.
