Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Consultant
Location: Remote
Client: Trinamix
Experience: 15+ years
Key Requirements:
- Senior Functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Minimum 2 Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations
- Expertise in HCM Cloud extensions, conversions, and integrations
- Experience with data conversions from legacy systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and XML Publisher
- Understanding of OAF and basic UNIX scripting
- Hands-on experience in Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management modules
- Experience managing extended teams onsite/offshore
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
