PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12 month renewable contract and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.

What Is the Opportunity? Performs activities relating to network, server, workstation, Audio/video, voice and facility installation and problem resolution. This position is based full time in our Wyomissing, PA office.

What Will You Do?

• Provides on-site and remote support for Windows 11 laptops, including new-hire setup, configuration, software installation, and scheduled 4 5-year hardware refresh cycles.
• Performs second-level troubleshooting escalated from the help desk, including application issues, device reimaging, VPN-related support, and guided data migrations using established tools.
• Manages laptop swaps, redeployments, and replacement hardware through the Hartford depot (no component-level repairs).
• Supports basic network, server, and AV tasks as directed by specialized SME teams.
• Uses enterprise tools including Surface (problem/incident tracking), ServiceNow (asset management for tracking/assigning laptops), and Nexthink (endpoint troubleshooting and diagnostics).
• Works with Lenovo and HP laptops, updating asset records when devices are deployed, collected, or reassigned.
• Provides remote IT support to additional offices and employees working from home via VPN.
• Minimal Mac involvement and no mobile device management required.
