Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog with a focus on high-impact data initiatives.
- Leverage expertise in Big Data technologies on Cloud platforms (Python, Spark, SQL).
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth and iterative delivery cycles.
- Support compliance with healthcare data regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 years as a Data Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry, including systems such as EHR/EMR or payer/provider platforms.
- Proficient in Python, Spark, and SQL within cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of healthcare data standards and relevant regulatory requirements
