Description

SAIC is seeking a full-time individual to serve as the CPSA Site Lead for the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) team supporting Marine Corps Forces aboard Camp Pendleton, CA.

The selected candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:
  • Leading the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) C2 SME team supporting Marine Corps Forces located on Camp Pendleton, CA.
  • Traveling/deploying with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary.
  • Supporting the current and future Marine Corps C2 systems to include the Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Server (TCS), Tactical COP Workstation (TCW), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)/Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Agile Server/Client, and Tactical Assault Kit (TAK).

Qualifications

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI; ship required.

Required Skills:
  • A thorough knowledge of Marine Corps tactics and unit composition is an important asset for this position, as is an understanding of networking and Information Assurance (IA).
  • Candidate must be able to travel/deploy with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary.
  • Experience with COP administration / management, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Effects Management Tool (EMT), and Blue Force Tracker (BFT) devices is a plus.

Desired Skills or Required Certifications:
  • Level II IA Workforce Improvement Certifications.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
