Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our enterprise DevOps strategy, drive automation initiatives, and ensure a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure across multiple environments. This role will involve both hands-on engineering and strategic decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to modernize and optimize our delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines to support complex, multi-application deployments.
• Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Design and manage highly available, secure, and scalable cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Champion containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for microservices and distributed applications.
• Define and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance policies across teams.
• Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to enable DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging DevOps tools and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in DevOps-focused roles.
• Proven track record of designing and maintaining large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration and networking fundamentals.
• Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, or Groovy).
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency in security practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or FedRAMP).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML Ops pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
