Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, driving data governance initiatives and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing complex data, creating actionable strategies, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives focused on data governance, ensuring adherence to quality frameworks and best practices.
Develop detailed business requirement documentation, use cases, gap analyses, and process maps to guide project execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable strategies.
Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Work with platforms such as Azure and Snowflake to support data-driven decision-making.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.
Apply critical thinking to resolve challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
Leverage experience in the financial services industry to address sector-specific needs.
Commit to working onsite four days a week as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in data governance.
Proficiency in documenting business requirements, developing use cases, and conducting gap analyses.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks and process mapping techniques.
Ability to work with tools such as Azure and Snowflake.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus.
