ROLE PROFILE:

LSEG is in the process of launching a strategic data platform to unify client offerings across the data and feeds business.

As part of this effort, LSEG is seeking to hire a Senior Product Manager, based in the US, who will be responsible for the broad product strategy and act as interface between engineering and business stakeholders.

You have detailed understanding of building enterprise data platforms and the associated cloud technologies used to compose them.

The role requires individuals to work closely with external and internal and partners to ensure queries and issues are followed through to resolution. There are significant growth opportunities for the business and as such the role would suit a highly motivated individual who is keen to work in a dynamic environment.

ROLE SUMMARY:
  • Support future innovation and development of products and services, contributing to overall business growth and expansion of service capabilities.
  • Be responsible for the Product roadmap that aligns to commercial objectives and customer demand
  • Produce product KPIs to track and measure performance of various platform capabilities
  • Produces documents to codify end user requirements, including product and solution specifications
  • Supports analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work in support of technology product development
  • Supports the preparation of communications to customers regarding new and improved technology solutions
  • Identifies and help manage project risks and issues
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Key skills required:
  • Ability to participate in the full Agile delivery process including story writing, defining acceptance criteria, refining backlogs, sprint planning and performing Product Owner testing
  • Ability to understand technical implementation of end to end processes including interactions and dependencies between processes and systems and services
  • Experience of working on large business critical projects
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
  • Strong computational skills such as MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proactive and driven.
  • Able to manage workload/ priorities and ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Ideal Experience:
  • Working in a product management role for a large enterprise organization building a data platform
  • Understanding of the current inefficiencies/challenges across the financial data services industry

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $162,000 - $270,200.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
