Key Responsibilities

Global Network Architecture & Operations

  • Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of WAN, LAN, and wireless infrastructure across global offices and data centres.
  • Oversee SD-WAN architecture, including template management, circuit prioritisation, and traffic routing policies
  • Manage VPN, firewall, and NAT configurations, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
  • Manage wireless (corporate and guest) network across global sites
  • Maintain SSID segmentation, security protocols (WPA2/WPA3), and guest access portals
  • Coordinate wireless site surveys, AP mapping, and RF tuning for auction rooms and high-density environments
  • Manage integration with RingCentral and AudioCodes gateways
  • Responsible for monitoring the network and supporting Christie's live sales
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco UCaaS
  • Maintain and troubleshoot F5 systems
  • Managed and maintain NPS (Network Policy Server) services
  • Perform Physical Datacentre Patching and Manage Physical Network Devices

Security & Compliance

  • Oversee certificate lifecycle management for VPNs, wireless controllers, and internal services
  • Collaborate with Infosec and own firewall policies, reviews, segmentation strategies, and address any vulnerabilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, including Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, wireless controllers, and access points

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain SolarWinds for network monitoring, NetFlow analytics, and configuration backups
  • Manage WAN utilisation and LAN availability reports

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage support contracts with vendors for Cisco support, hardware support, and other general support
  • Coordinate and help client on contract renewals and licensing true-ups for global network devices, licences, and support

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the escalation point for global network incidents and changes.
  • Provide technical mentorship to regional network engineers and collaborate with other internal and external teams
  • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and governance meetings

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, DNA, ISE, SD-WAN).
  • Strong understanding of WAN routing, BGP, NAT, VPN, and firewall architectures.
  • Experience with wireless design and troubleshooting in high-density environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking (Azure ExpressRoute, IPSEC tunnels).
  • Proficiency in SolarWinds, NetFlow, and network monitoring tools.
  • Proven ability to manage global vendors and support contracts.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE (Enterprise or Security)
  • Versa SD-WAN certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Cloud networking certification (Azure, or equivalent)
  • ITIL Foundation
