Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, and modern Android development practices, along with a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and/or Java.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Work with external data sources and APIs (REST, JSON).

  • Fix bugs and improve application performance.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

  • Follow clean code principles and contribute to code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proficient in Kotlin and Java programming languages.

  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, MVVM, and Android Architecture Components.

  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, Retrofit, Room Database, Firebase, and Push Notifications.

  • Familiar with Git, Android Studio, and CI/CD tools.

  • Understanding of Material Design principles and responsive UI design.

  • Experience with Play Store deployment and app lifecycle management.
