Title: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Studio City, CA / Hybrid

Summary:
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Project / Program Manager that is able to manage multiple complex programs / projects and drive results. This role requires that you have the ability to quickly build rapport across multidisciplinary teams. The Website Project Manager and Automation Program Manager will perform project planning, project oversight, facilitation, and escalation of project issues, project execution leadership, and support of project staff. They help ensure the project meets deadlines and accurately document and report project status. Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. This role will manage multiple simultaneous projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Program / Project Management with large enterprise technologies
  • PMP or CSM Certification
  • Expertise in managing Website Development projects
Responsibilities:
  • The primary job responsibilities of this role are initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing software development, packaged application implementation, or infrastructure projects.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and closing software development, packaged application implementation, software integration, and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Construct and manage project schedules, scope and budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams.
  • Present project status to PMO and to project constituents.
  • Establish a relationship of trust and respect with team members and leadership.
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage project priorities, resources and objectives.
  • Be responsible for initiating project kickoffs, partnering with various departments to construct project definition, risk management plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Demonstrate success in team leadership, stakeholder management, process adherence, ownership/commitment, learning agility, and risk management capabilities.
  • Understand, advocate, and mentor adaption and use of different Agile and non-Agile methodologies in correct context (projects).
  • Motivate staff to overcome barriers and embody a culture to exceed customer expectations.
  • Accountable for the delivery of business and technical requirements, and documentation.
  • Engage actively and contribute to project management standards within the organization.
  • Collaborate with fellow project managers & PMO to optimize project management practices and processes.
  • Assists with the documentation, coordination and organization of production readiness.
  • Supports projects through all production and postproduction milestones (as needed).
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 10+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
  • Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple application, technical, and business projects.
  • PMP or CSM Certifications. Project Management expertise and experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.
  • This position requires strong communication, project management, and Agile skills.
  • 10+ years' experience leading complex engineering programs and projects.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as strong and consistent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively summarize status and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Adaptable performer who can lead effectively with a lot of ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects independently.
  • Results-oriented with initiative to work until job is complete.
  • Exceptional technical, analytical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
