Sr. SharePoint Developer
Summary
We are seeking a Sr. SharePoint Developer to participate in the full project lifecycle, successfully delivering quality application solutions to the company's clients, teams, and administrative groups. This includes analyzing, selecting, and implementing software solutions, as well as requirement gathering, application architecture and modeling, custom application development, multiple system integration, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intranet portals, custom applications, workflow automation, data migrations, and user-centric business processes.
- Provide primary maintenance, upgrades, and development for the company's web and portal applications.
- Act as Technical Lead for troubleshooting related to the company's web, portal, and related integrated applications.
- Work with other staff to develop and maintain standard practices and metrics related to site design, programming, and business systems analysis.
- Provide quality assurance, testing, and documentation for web and portal applications.
- Coordinate with Systems and Applications personnel on issues related to the deployment of the company's web and portal applications.
- Provide basic project management functions for projects and activities, including but not limited to project scoping, task scheduling, resource recommendations, and skill alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SharePoint Online (SPO) development experience using SPFX and React.
- Experience building enterprise-level intranet and collaboration solutions on SharePoint Online using out-of-the-box features and custom code through the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Experience building Office 365-connected solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience building enterprise-level solutions within Office 365 and Azure environments including creating forms, customizing workflows, automating processes, developing reports, creating dashboards, and configuring systems.
- Experience architecting and implementing complementary Azure Services, including Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Event Grid, and AI Builder, to extend SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Solid understanding of relational database development and experience using SQL (Azure SQL Database).
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Ability to work independently in the technical analysis, evaluation, and resolution of large enterprise application production issues or problems with little or no assistance, and to make decisions and recommendations to remediate those issues or problems.
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field.
Preferred
- C#.NET development experience.
- SharePoint Certification, Power Platform Certification (PL400), or Azure Certification (AZ204).
