Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive / Account Manager / Business Relationship Manager to oversee and grow strategic relationships with 6 10 key client accounts in the healthcare, financial services, and supply chain industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, solution alignment, delivery oversight, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers across assigned accounts.
  • Account Ownership:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 6 10 enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Understand clients' business goals and align Feuji s technology solutions to address their needs and challenges.
  • Service Delivery Oversight:
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality service execution and issue resolution.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Stay informed about industry trends in healthcare, financial services, and supply chain to provide relevant insights and solutions to clients.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client/account management within a technology services or IT consulting firm
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required.
