Lead Tech Business Analyst - AWS and RPA/UiPath

Location: Kennesaw, GA or Charlotte, NC

Hybrid 3 days onsite is a must.

No C2C, Independent status consultants apply

Lead BA who has worked on cloud projects AWS and RPA/UIPath.

Domain: Supply chain/Logistics/manufacturing ( Very Imp )

Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, OTM and MES systems is a plus.

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience in Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, and/or Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand business needs, articulate requirements, and translate them into actionable technical and functional specifications for technology teams. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a keen understanding of current technology trends such as Automation, AI, GenAI, Data Engineering, and Cloud solutions.

The BSA will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with key stakeholders. The role also requires flexibility to travel as needed to engage with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive consensus.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to senior management and key decision-makers.

Product Roadmap:

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work with enterprise architects, solution architects and developers to ensure alignment with the requirements.
  • Own the product roadmap, sprint planning and daily scrum sessions as a scrum master.
  • Support system integration efforts and oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT).
  • Technology & Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage AI, GenAI, Automation, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies to enhance business processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology.

Project & Change Management:

  • Understanding of managing and driving end-to-end project execution from requirement analysis to deployment with broad program teams, inclusive of both client team as well as implementation team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining quality and performance standards.
  • Lead change management efforts, including training, documentation, and user adoption strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, and Manufacturing industry processes.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, OTM and MES systems is a plus.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Automation, AI, GenAI, Data Engineering, and Cloud-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Soft Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with business and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel for business and project engagements.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in a techno-functional consulting role.
  • Proven track record of working with business and IT teams to implement technology solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
