Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM), including provisioning, connectors, workflows, and custom development to support IAM initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement custom workflows, connectors, and OIM adapters.
Manage and optimize OIM provisioning and reconciliation processes.
Develop and maintain OIM event handlers, scheduled jobs, and SOA composites.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIM components and integrations.
Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
Perform upgrades, patching, and migrations of OIM environments.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
Support role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
Integrate OIM with LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity sources.
Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for OIM-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG) development and support.
Strong proficiency with Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, and Web Services.
Hands-on experience with OIM connectors (e.g., AD, LDAP, databases, SaaS apps).
Experience with SOA composites, BPEL workflows, and event handlers.
Solid understanding of IAM principles and security best practices.
Familiarity with Oracle DB, WebLogic, and Linux environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle certification in Identity and Access Management.
Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) or SailPoint / Okta.
Experience in CI/CD automation and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Knowledge of cloud-based identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
